Enter Coliving is a company founded in 2018 by 3 dynamic entrepreneurs.

We identified a problem in the city regarding medium-term accommodation (from 6 months to 2 years). Particularly, European professionals and students coming to work for a period found it very difficult to find quality housing at a good price and with few entry barriers.

After the pandemic, the demand for professionals coming to work remotely in Spain has increased dramatically.

Over the years, we have been building a property management company specialized in this segment, helping our clients find accommodation in Barcelona.

We manage properties through seasonal rentals.

Since our main clients prefer to share an apartment, we focus on renting rooms for periods of a few months. We also offer entire apartments or studios.

The types of tasks we carry out include:

• Finding tenants
• Managing payments
• Customer service
• Maintenance

In short, we are a property management company adapted to the 21st century. We have a very practical approach, aiming to minimize the concerns of the property owner, and we strive to make the experience no more troublesome than traditional long-term rentals.

We are looking for apartments with 3 or more rooms in central areas of Barcelona.
