All-inclusive bill

How it works

Common questions
As an Enter Coliver, your rent includes weekly cleaning, utilities, high-speed WIFI, household essentials, a furnished private bedroom and shared spaces to connect with other colivers.
In our homes, new friends are guaranteed! Get to know your roommates over shared dinners, during game nights and while exploring Barcelona. Or join our community events together and meet other colivers!
We offer a wide range of rooms and apartments througout the city, from 3 tot 7 bedrooms with plenty of shared or ensuite bathrooms. Some of our buildings come with shared co-working spaces and a rooftop terrace. Whichever home you choose, convenience and community are included.
The application process is easy and can be done online, or in person.
Once you’ve picked the home you like, chat with someone of our sales team to schedule a virtual or in-person visit.
After the visit, we ask you to provide us with some paperwork, so we can prepare the rental contract. If everything is ready, you sign your rental contract online and start packing your bags – simple as that!
Our community members come from all over the world and consist of a diverse group of (master) students and young professionals between the age of 21 to 35.
We charge a fixed monthly fee of €60,- for utilities, which covers €60,- each month for gas, water and electricity. No need to set up anything, all is taken care of for you.
Unfortunately, as much as we love animals, they’re not allowed in our homes.
Yes, there is a one time management fee of €100.
